This transformative endeavour encompassed revolutionising the broadcaster's archive system, streamlining their workflow with the implementation of a proxy workflow, and introducing metadata design for managing their assets effectively. The culmination of these efforts yielded a notable increase in both speed and efficiency within TV 2/Fyn's production processes.
The introduction of a lighter system facilitated swift task execution, enabling the team to operate with newfound agility and responsiveness. Additionally, As If Pictures introduced house recording and standardized camera formats, accompanied by a series of housekeeping rules, streamlining the content creation process and ensuring consistency and uniformity in output.
